Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few additional days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Processing times are separate from the carrier’s transit times.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

The following shipping options are available for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping — 3 to 5 Business Days

Rate: $9.00

Available for orders totaling $0.00 to $69.99.

Free Shipping

Rate: Free

Available for orders totaling $70.00 or more.

Express Shipping — 2 to 3 Business Days

Express Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

• 0.01 to 8 lb: $15.00

• 8.01 to 20 lb: $25.00

• 20.01 to 99 lb: $40.00

Express Shipping availability is subject to the total weight of the order and the shipping destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Transit times begin once the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

The email will include an available tracking number so you can check the status of your package.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages and Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you experience any delivery-related issue, please contact Boat Supply Miami as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Please keep the product and all packaging materials until the case has been reviewed.

Delays or delivery issues caused directly by the carrier may require an investigation or claim with the shipping company. Boat Supply Miami will assist by providing the necessary information when applicable.
